Couples tell us they are thrilled to work with us and the feeling is mutual. Our level of service, commitment to quality, artistry and flavor is unsurpassed. In fact, we put so much time and effort into our creations that we limit production to only two weddings a week.
Why? Because each cake is highly customized and made to order with unique flavor combinations found nowhere else. We understand that a wedding cake is more than just a dessert. We strive to make your cake an expression of you both and an edible memory for your guests. At your consultation you start by sampling different tastes from our dessert case. We can incorporate just about any flavor or decoration technique into your cake’s design. If you decide on a traditional cake, such as our vanilla-bean butter cake, your choice of complementary flavors are practically endless. Once you select your cake, colors, frosting, fillings and flavors, we create a special presentation cake so you can see and sample what you will receive on your wedding day.
In addition to traditional wedding cakes we also make Croquembuche, the traditional French wedding cake. Visually arresting and distinctive a Croquembuche is a tall cone shaped confection made up of individual pâté choux (cream puffs) which are dipped into caramelized sugar, and can be filled with pastry cream. We also make display pieces such as our elegant macaroon tower, which was recently featured in the Winter 2009 edition of Seattle Metropolitan Bride and Groom magazine.
Since our wedding creations are in high demand, we recommend reserving your wedding date as early as possible. Heather Leaman, co-owner of Bakery Nouveau offers complimentary wedding cake consultations Wednesdays between the hours of 10am to 6 pm. Contact her at 206-923-0534 or info@bakerynouveau.com to schedule an appointment.
A 50% down payment is required to reserve the day.
