
Preserving the Harvest
We developed our jams so that we might preserve our local harvest and enjoy the flavors of summer long into the winter. These elegant flavors will delight you and complement many of our pastries and breads as well as your family’s favorite homemade breakfast items. The more adventurous might even try some of them with savory foods, such as in sauces for roasts, or as accompaniment to a cheese plate! All of our jams are hand-crafted in small batches following the methods of traditional French confitures. We are also happy to say that the majority of the fruits come from local and regional Washington farms and orchards.
Our supplies are limited and include: Blackberry, Blueberry, a Chocolate-Raspberry jam sauce, Peach, Strawberry, White Peach, Raspberry, Vanilla Peach and Fig with Honey and Bay leaf.
