
A visit to Bakery Nouveau is like stepping into a European bakery. Classically trained in traditional European pastry preparation, Executive Chef William Leaman holds true to tradition while taking pride in experimenting with new twists and flavors. In 2005, he and his teammates won the bronze medal in The National Pastry Competition. The Phoenix cake scored highest in flavor at the competition.
