We use many types of cocoa from different regions of the world and blend them together to exalt the texture and taste to a new level of delight. Our blends allow us to develop the flavors we are committed to creating and enjoying at Bakery Nouveau. We currently have over thirty varieties of our handmade chocolates on display.
